Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. In some instances we may be able to provide an exchange if the order has not yet been processed.
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery caused by the shipping process or a product defect please reach out to email@example.com within 2 business days. We insure our packages so please include a photo for proof of damage so we can make a claim.
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Only applicable to pre-order items in the order.
